What is Raw Hair?

Raw hair is hair that has not been altered by chemicals, thus allowing it to last longer thanprocessed hair. Our hair has been carefully steamed to produce uniform patterns in each bundle.With proper care, raw hair has an average life span of 2-3 years. Also, each bundle of raw haircomes from a single donor and care is taken to ensure that the cuticles of each strand are alignedand intact.

Can I colour and style my extensions?

Yes, all House of Queens hair extensions can be safely styled, lightened up to 613 blonde, andcolored. Be sure to contact a professional colorist if doubts about proper technique exist.

How much hair should I purchase for an install?

This depends on the look you desire to achieve, the length of hair you are purchasing,and the type of hair you are using. Please see below for our suggestions.

These suggestions apply for looks to be achieved with or without leave out. Number ofbundles required for any look can also vary depending on the circumference of theclient’s head.

HOW LONG IS SHIPPING?

Once your order is placed, there is a mandatory 24 hour payment processing period between that day &the following business day. Once your payment & payment period clears, your business days begin.Once we ship your order, you will immediately receive a tracking number to the email you provided us with on the 4/5 business day. Shipping takes an additional 2-4 days which gives you a total of 5-9business days. If you added wig customization, please add 2-3 days to your shipping. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

How do I cancel my order?
