The House of Queens YYC takes great pride in customer satisfaction and works hard to ensure the accuracy and quality of our products, but due to concerns about health & safety we cannot offer returns on any hair extensions. Hair extensions cannot be resold after being handled or worn by the buyer. For this reason, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Concerns about any hair extensions can often be resolved through a proper routine of maintenance. Returns are only accepted when you have received the wrong items. We only replace items that were received by the customer in a defective or damaged state. If you have placed an order and would like to cancel your order, please contact us. LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES

We are NOT responsible for any lost or stolen packages. We do not issue refunds for lost/stolen packages. Your order can not be replaced. All Packages come with a Trackingnumber.
